Maxine's Story...
Hello! My name is Maxine! I am a 2 year old female pit bull mix who is looking for a family! I was found on the side of the road--a good Samaritan saved me and would have kept me himself if he had the time. I am a happy go lucky girl who loves to play! I play with other dogs and have a great time! I am a little protective of my food, but who can blame me? My foster mom says I am the perfect girl--house trained, crate trained, and an easy keeper! I do have energy, so I would love for my new family to walk or run with me. I am spayed, up to date on shots, heartworm negative, and wormed!

My Adoption Fee is $200.00!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maxine, a Florence Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Bull Terrier for sale in Florence, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Florence.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Florence already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Florence breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Florence paves the way for another one to be saved.
