Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DOB October 2011.
Tonto is a quiet, handsome boy with a very affectionate nature that becomes evident as soon as he learns to trust you. He had been living in a colony on the street for at least eighteen months, and he got his name because every time we trapped one of his buddies, he showed up with a new one, as if he was bringing them to us. Always the sidekick! Tonto is FIV-positive, but cats with FIV need no drugs or special treatment unless they become symptomatic, and they can live long, healthy lives. Tonto is sociable and would do well with other with other friendly cats, though he would also be fine on his own with people who could give him the love and attention he deserves. He's still wary around new people, but loves having his head and ears scratched, and he has a healthy appetite! He's learned how to ask for food and petting with an insistent meow. Tonto is a sweet boy looking for a loving, patient parent who is willing to teach him about life indoors.
Tonto is participating in our Courtesy Adoption Posting Program and is not the property of Toronto Cat Rescue.
