Susan's Story...
Susan is one of 7 girls born to Chelsea on October 28th. Chelsea was pulled from the shelter already pregnant so that she could have her babies in comfort instead of a cold cement floor. She is a Min Pin mix, possibly with a Jack Russell. We have no idea who the father is. Susan was named after one of the wonderful volunteer transporters that helped get Chelsea to us from the US. They will be ready to go to their new homes on December 26th after their first set of vaccines.

Susan has a short coat and is still quite shy. She enjoys playing with her siblings and toys. She, like her siblings, is quiet. She us paper trained and has been dewormed every two weeks since birth.

Susan is currently being fed Royal Canin dry small breed dog food and given bottled water exclusively. She has never been outside due to the cold weather do that will be a new adventure for her. She, like her sisters, has a tail that curls. All of the pups will reach no more
than 20lbs when fully grown is our guess.

Susan was vaccinated on December 23rd and weighed 5lbs, 10oz.

A fully fenced yard and a Veterinarian reference is mandatory in order to apply.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Susan, a Duart Miniature Pinscher/Jack Russell Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Duart, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher/Jack Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder in Duart.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Duart already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Duart breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Duart paves the way for another one to be saved.
