Bruno's Story...
Meet Bruno! He's an adorable 8 month old Heinz 57. He looks to be maybe lab and some shepherd due to his coloring. Bruno is around 45lbs now and probably won't grow much more, if at all. Bruno is the sweetest dog ever and is great with people and other dogs. He loves doggie daycare, which you can see in his video. He still has some puppy left in him and likes to play, but he isn't very high energy. Bruno was very abused in his previous life, so he's very timid at first and needs a family that understands he still needs time and patience to learn that not everyone wants to hurt him. However he warms up to new places and people extremely fast and he's so well behaved, obedient, and loving. Bruno always wants to be a good boy and just needs a family of his very own to love. There aren't enough words to describe how awesome Bruno is. Bruno is being fostered in Houston TX and will be transported upon adoption. His adoption fee is $600 email southerndogrescue@yahoo.com for an application

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bruno, a Glastonbury Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Glastonbury, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Glastonbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glastonbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glastonbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glastonbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
