Biscuit's Story...

Looking for a foster or forever home for this little cutie..
Biscuit was adopted as a puppy and was so cute. He is just 2 years old, We think he may be a peek-a-poo but are not 100% sure but we do know his parents. He is definitely a lap dog that doesn't like to share so we think he should be an only dog in an adult household.. He is very smart and is house broken.. He even rings a bell when he wants to go out.. He likes to play and does well at the dog park with other dogs but doesn't like to share his home. He could definitely benefit from a family that is not afraid to say no to him.. He has manners but will try to push it (just like most kids).. I think he would be very relieved if someone took over his alpha duties from him.. Could your home be his forever home?? He is located in New Hampshire..

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Biscuit, a Rye Pekingese/Toy Poodle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pekingese/Toy Poodle for sale in Rye, or seeking a Pekingese/Toy Poodle dog from a breeder in Rye.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rye already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rye breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pekingese/Toy Poodle breeders who help with Pekingese/Toy Poodle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rye paves the way for another one to be saved.
