My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Courtesy Posting:

Miel was found in the street and was super friendly (her name means "Honey" in French!) so she was taken inside. She likes to knead on your lap or on pillows. Miel is fairly small framed, graceful, and elegant. She purrs instantly and asks for attention. She likes being brushed or stroked. Miel appreciates any toy but seems to really like plush mouse toys. We are guessing she is about 1.5 years old and will be getting spayed soon. She had some hair matts on her neck and hind legs, and a lot of flea dirt on her coat when she was first taken in, so we believe she was on the streets for at least a few months. She did hiss when she caught a glimpse of a kitten so we are unsure of how she would feel about living with another cat. A slow introduction may go really well for her--it's just too early for us to tell whether she would appreciate having another cat around.
