Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Check out our resident Wascally Wabbit! This little scruff ball is Rabbit, a cute, feisty, lovable 6 year old Lhasa Apso mix. Rabbit arrived at ACL as a stray where he was found in someone's yard during a cold snap. Poor Rabbit! Luckily, he was caught by a Good Samaritan and has spent the last couple of weeks decompressing here at the shelter and in a foster home. He's a sweet little dog who has lots of spunk and sass! He loves to go for walks and get his butt scratched! Rabbit is a little nervous with intrusive handling, which is understandable since he's spent so much time on his own. He'll do well with an experienced small dog owner that knows how to give him space while he adjusts. Rabbit loves people, so with some respect and patience, he's sure to blossom into relaxed, loving dog! Rabbit will do best in adult homes only. He's good with other mellow small dogs, and he may adjust to a confident kitty, too! Please email Gabrielle at caninemanager@animalcareleague.org for more info on meeting this scruff nugget while he lives in foster care!
