Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Visit Gilligan at the Petsmart in Woodbury where he's currently in the adoption center. Ask a Petsmart Associate to open his kennel door so you can interact with him and get to know him better.
Gilligan is a handsome, gentle, affectionate, sweetie with a thick, soft coat. Until recently, he was living in a feral colony (he has a tipped ear) even though he doesn't have a feral bone in his body. The colony caretaker brought him to a SCRAM volunteer so he would no longer have to endure the brutally cold weather.
Gilligan is extremely friendly and readily purrs. He can be a lap cat and will gently put his paws up on your legs to get attention also. Gilligan is very sweet-tempered and is even good at allowing his nails to be trimmed. If you pick him up, he will sometimes cuddle in and tuck his head under your arm. If you're looking for a "Little Buddy" (Gilligan's Island reference), Gilligan is perfect and will be a wonderful companion.
Gilligan has been neutered, vaccinated, has tested negative for Feline Leukemia, and is estimated to be approximately 3 years old.
