MEET AVA!
This older gal is so special ... her foster mom says she is a genuinely gentle soul. She's been through a lot, yet her spirit hasn't been broken at all, in fact she is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet!
Ava is happy just to be near her humans. She adores her walks, yet is satisfied with low to moderate exercise and is always ready to cuddle on the couch. She is glad to share all she has ... food, toys, her bowl, bones. She is totally not destructive in the home and can be left alone with no worries (which is great since she is not a fan of the crate), and no accidents for she is house trained. In fact she will go to the door and let you know when she needs to go out!
She is comfortable meeting new people and she also enjoys kids, though older kids would be best since she is older. And she'd love a mellow canine companion or two, though she would be fine as solo dog. AND Ava is GOOD WITH CATS!
Ava is just about perfect, according to her foster mom and would make anyone looking for a super sweet, good natured, low maintenace, mellow dog ... she is so deserving of a loving, caring home, one committed to her for life! We promised her that, and nothing less will do ...
Please consider making Ava part of your life and home! She is about 48 lbs, about 8 yrs old. She is utd on her shots and is spayed.
