Is a cute little black mare with a star. She came into rescue with Oreo as an owner surrender and is doing great. She is very friendly and doing well on her haltering, standing tied and being good for the farrier. Lucy likes to play in water and enjoys toys. She has beautiful mane and tail that makes her look like a mini Friesian horse. She is in foster and waiting for her forever home.
