Goodness is a little 2.5-month-old lab pup that came from a kill facility and was close to being euthanized when she was snatched from death at the last minute, along with her sister, Mercy.   Goodness weighs over 15 pounds now and is well on the way to becoming a larger type pup.     She has a lot of lab in her, in fact, she must have Heeler or Spaniel in her as well as she has black ticking in her white patches, as well as areas of brown shading in her black fur as well.   Goodness has the typical friendly and happy disposition of a Lab and is very sweet to everyone she meets.   She gets along with large and small dogs alike.   Goodness should weigh between 50 and 60 pounds when fully grown, and would be perfect for a family with children based on her current disposition.   She also has started crate training and is doing well with her learning.  For more information on this little sweetie, please email Juli at Godsdogsjuli@yahoo.com.

GOD'S DOGS Rescue, in San Antonio TX, does not have a shelter - ALL of our dogs are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. UPON adoption this dog/pup will be transported to you in YOUR area!!

Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, micro-chipped, heart worm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heart worm preventative. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.

****Please realize that breed mix and size when grown are guesstimates based on the dog/pup's characteristics and coloring, unless we have mother/father in our rescue...*****

ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $200.00 for adoptions in TEXAS only. IF THIS IS AN OUT OF STATE ADOPTION, TRANSPORT TO YOU is included in the adoption fee of $400.00 for adult dogs and $450.00 for puppies.  We transport all over the country!!

All our dogs are socialized and we try to provide you a good understanding of the dog’s personality. Please visit our website for more information about what we do;  http://www.yourtxrescueconnection.org/.  You will also find helpful information about transport, our adoption application and pictures of our all our dogs/pups looking for homes!!

About God's Dogs Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a group of loving and dedicated individuals who work together to save as many deserving animals as we can. We work tirelessly to assure the animals are well fed, socialized, are healthy and then find them the wonderful home they only dreamed of in the shelter or starving on the streets.

Donate to Our Rescue Group...

Please donate on the "Contact Us/Donate" page! Thank you!!

Come Meet Our Pets...

We have local adoption events weekly at the Pets Barn on 1604 and Blanco in San Antonio.

Our Adoption Process...

Adoption application required. Adoption fee of $150 for local adoptions and $350-450 for out of state adoptions (includes transport fees).
We work hard to place dogs in the right homes, if the adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in Bexar county usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted. So, in those cases we will post the animal, help the adopter screen applicants and help facilitate finding another home for the dog.
