My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi friends, I'm Homer. I'm a 3 year old neutered male Labrador/Pointer mix. Not only am I neutered, I'm also current on my vaccines and microchipped. I'm move-in ready. Just say the word and I'll pack up my treats and head on over!

I would describe my personality as sweet, gentle, friendly and outgoing. I get along great with everyone I meet - humans and canines alike. I don't have a single enemy!

I was found as a stray, so my friends at CageFree don't have much information about my background. The only thing they knew for sure when they met me at the pound was that I'm an amazing dog who deserves a loving forever home. So they promptly welcomed me into their facility and made it their mission to find me one.

My friends at CageFree noticed my walk was a little wonky so they took took me to the vet to get it checked out. It looks like I had an old fracture in my leg that never got repaired. The good news is, I'm not in any pain and I don't let it slow me down one bit! I absolutely love my daily walks, and I bet I would like the beach and dog parks, too.
