My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Havarti is a very affectionate 2 year old lady. She has come a long way from when she was first brought into the shelter in a cage, very nervous and pregnant. While she still gets nervous in new situations and takes a little while to warm up to strangers, once she does she is full of love. She will greet you at the door purring and headbutt anything in sight until you start petting her and will fall over onto her side and start rolling around wanting more love. Havarti does well with other cats and calm dogs and would make a wonderful lap cat. Havarti is currently being fostered in Athens, GA.

All of our cats and kittens are fostered in homes so we know their personalities.They are spayed or neutered, tested for FIV and FeLV, up to date on shots, de-wormed, and on flea preventative. Our goal is to match our fosters with the best home possible. The adoption fee for cats and kittens is $85.00. Please email info@cofas.org for more information.
