My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Koko's owner fell on some rough times and Koko needs to find a new home! She is a very pretty spayed female Siberian Husky that is 6 years old. Koko has been an outdoor dog until she came into our rescue program. She is now being crated indoors at night in her foster home and is quiet and enjoying the warmth! Her previous owner told us that she is a dominant female with other dogs so it would be best for her to be an only dog or to be adopted into a home with a submissive male. She also might do best in a home with people who have previous experience with Siberian Huskies.

A SIX FOOT fence will be required for Koko. Like most huskies, she must have a securely fenced yard or she will escape (remember, they are bred to run and that's exactly what they will do if they get loose). Invisible fences are NOT acceptable for this breed.

If you are interested in adopting Koko click here for our online adoption application. Vet and personal references will be checked and a home visit is required.
