Rabbert Paulson's Story...
4 lbs, DOB 12-2015, American Fuzzy Lop/Lionhead Mix
He is sweetest! He loves attention and loves running around - very curious to explore, and very friendly. He has no issues being picked up or being handled and likes to be around people. He has a tendency to chew/rattle his cage to get your attention if he`s not out- an expen is good for him, as he likes the space. He is also good around dogs. Litter box habits are great, he eats like a champ, and is at a healthy weight. I think he might have some lionhead in him because he does have a little mop of hair, so he requires a little extra grooming. He`s ok with the brush, but it`s not his favorite thing in the world.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rabbert Paulson, a Woburn Lionhead was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lionhead for sale in Woburn, or seeking a Lionhead from a breeder in Woburn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woburn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woburn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lionhead breeders who help with Lionhead rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woburn paves the way for another one to be saved.
