Nitro's Info...

I am up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Nitro's Story...
Nitro is a 1 year old Pittie mix filled with love and ready for adoption. The people that brought him in to us found him as a stray and kept him for a few weeks prior to bringing him here. The family said he was great with children of all ages. Nitro appears to be ok with dogs and cats but we would prefer you bring in your own dog prior to adoption. He knows his basic obedience and sits very nice for treats. Nitro is a wonderful boy that is ready to come snuggle up on the couch for the rest of the long winter. His adoption fee is $170 and includes his vaccines, deworming, fecal exam, heartworm test, registered microchip and neuter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nitro, a Joliet Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Joliet, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Joliet.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Joliet already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Joliet breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Joliet paves the way for another one to be saved.
