My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Poor Max has been abandoned twice! His original owners left him at the City Shelter because they didn't want him anymore. One day a new family came to the Shelter and took him home but then decided they just didn't have time for a puppy and they gave him to a nice lady who found us and we brought him in...we wanted him! He is a great boy who is just looking for a home to call his own. He is around 40 lbs. and 7 months old and appears to be a lab/dalmation mix. He is great with kids and other dogs. He walks well on a leash and is learning to enjoy riding in the car. His foster mom is working on the potty training thing and his inside manners....he is a quick learner and doing very well. Please consider making him a permanent member of your family...he deserves it!

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a home visit and a meet and greet. Please note that preference is given to adopters in Wisconsin, but out of state adoptions will be considered. Adoption fee is $250.
