Hazel's Story...
Meet Hazel- this 40 lb 1 1/2 year old sweet beauty has had a very rough start in life and is looking for her happy ending. She was taken to a high kill shelter days after having puppies. Her puppies were taken also. She got separated from her babies at the shelter and was found sitting in a corner grieving, scared and in pain from having her milk. After all she has been through you would think she would not trust humans but Hazel loves people. She has attached herself to her foster mom and is very protective of her. She loves to play with toys and run around. She is excellent in the house and is crate trained. Since she is very active she would do better in a house with no small children and maybe only one dog. Someone who has owned a pittie would be preferred. She's a great girl that needs a second chance in life with someone that will show her love. She has excellent manners and listens very well. Please email us if you would like more information on her.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hazel, a Pulaski Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Pulaski, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Pulaski.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pulaski already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pulaski breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pulaski paves the way for another one to be saved.
