MEET EVE !!
Itty bitty mini two year old English Bulldog.
Little Eve is truly a mini English Bulldog at just 49 lbs. she is a little low rider built like a tank. And just the cutest thing ever. Eve is two years old. We rescued her with her 6 or 7 year old mate from a very neglectful owner and situation in the middle of the night in the city of Bellflower.
Both Eve and her mate Bruce were never cared for or ever given any medical treatment they any dog should, especially a special needs dog like an English Bulldog. Just another person who had the dogs for status but never cared for them. Bit Dogs were left with untreated chronic ear infections which narrowed their ear canals making them deaf. We have restored her hearing with the help of our vet with ear bulb flushes. And a combination ointment that is antibacterial, anti-fungal and has a steroid in it as well that has opened and cleared her ear canals. Eve hears perfectly now. And comes every time you call her. She is a true sweetheart.
Eve was also left with untreated bilateral upper and lower entropion. (eyelids that curl inward and run the eye) Because of this. Both eyes were scarred and one was ulcerated. We immediately spent $691 to do the corrective surgery and both eyes started to heal. We waited a week or so for the ulceration to heal over and then started her steroid drops therapy. Now Eve is fully sighted and so happy and comfortable to be out of all that pain and discomfort. Eve is on eye and ear drops and may be sent home with them.
Eve is quiet and calm. She's a non barker and gets along well with other dogs. But being a Bulldog you need to stay on top of that so she remains that way. For that reason she will only be adopted to a home with prior Bulldog, Pot Bull or bully breed experience.
Eve is healthy and young. She can be placed in a home with respectful children no problem. And in a home with other friendly like breeds.
Eve is housebroken, crate trained, spayed, up to date on all vaccines including rabies and microchipped.

All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, dewormed, licensed, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Also included is a free health check by our licensed veterinarian. The dogs that come out of our program are very well socialized when they leave, both with people, and other dogs. It is up to the new owners to maintain this. All of our dogs, young and old are crate trained. This gives the new owner a head start for house breaking, and to curb any separation anxiety and or destructive behavior. Most of our dogs are in foster homes and we are able to tell you lots about each of their personalities. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An adoption fee, application, and contract are required.
