If you like socialites, meet Amy Lou! Amy is a gorgeous and social little girl who is bound to be the official "greeter" in any household. She's friendly and affectionate with people of all ages and she loves to mingle with dogs of all sizes. She was brought in as a stray to a high-kill city pound in rural Arkansas where her personality bought her extra time. But she sat in a 5 x 7 pen down there without seeing the sun for two months. And that's when we spotted her and knew life had better things for this little cutie patootie!
There is nothing typical about this little girl! Amy is a true one-of-a-kind smartypants, with an irresistible combination of high intelligence and great sense of humor which any terrier-lover will appreciate. Her nickname is Miss Congeniality because of how super social and happy she is with everyone she's ever met! We can see her being a best friend to children -- keeping them entertained for hours because she thinks she's one of them -- or a comical companion to anyone looking for a little girl who can light up the room with the slightest wag of her tail!. She's the type of girl who wants to be right where the action is because she is so excited about life and so grateful to be with you. She just has SOOOOO much love to give!!! We think Amy is between 1 - 2 years old, she weighs under 20 pounds and she is a healthy girl. We have no idea what her true mix is, but her coloring and stature is one-of-a-kind and guaranteed to make you smile at least 3 times a day!!
