If you are interested in meeting Tinsel, please complete our
adoption questionnaire at http://www.fluffbuddies.org/infoquestions.html
Tinsel, born approximately August 15, 2016, is a beautiful gray tuxedo (white paws and bib) manx. Her photo shows about how long her tail is. It feels like a corkscrew with about five kinks in an inch or so.
She was born to a feral mom and brought into rescue at at least 3 1/2 months of age. She has absolutely no aggression and loves to be petted and purrs up a storm. However, she still wants to hide. When you find her, she gives a little ‘meow’ (hi, there!) and expects to be petted. Whoever adopts her should have a quiet home and know that she needs a lot of work.
If she went to a home with no other kitties, it might help bring her out of her shell. (Usually, we say such kitties should go into a home with a super-socialized kitty but in this case, no, as Tinsel has not warmed up to any of the other kitties in the house and is even wary of most of them.) She is fine with dogs.
Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4pm.
