Macey's Story...
Macey is a sweet Heeler / corgi mix girl. She has beautiful brown eyes, a nice white chest with ticking, and wonderful bat ears. Macey is a friendly girl who enjoys her toys. This cutie is about 2 years old and 35 pounds full of love. Macey was a good Momma to her pups (who were recently all adopted) so she deserves a wonderful home that will provide her with that same kind of affection. Her loving brown eyes will warm your heart, if you give them a chance. Macey has already been spayed.

Macey plans to be at Burleson PetSmart with other HALAH dogs for adoption on Saturday, July 8th. HALAH will be there from 11 until 3:30.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Macey, a Godley Australian Cattle Dog/Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Corgi for sale in Godley, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Corgi dog from a breeder in Godley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Godley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Godley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Corgi breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Godley paves the way for another one to be saved.
