Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Happy New Year! And what a great start for me! My name is Fredo and I am so happy to have been rescued and in my foster home! I am being the best boy I can be! I think I am a Lab/Cattle dog mix, 1 1/2 years old, neutered, microchipped and up to date with vaccines. I am a very quiet boy, I don't care much for barking. My foster mom is teaching me some commands like sit that I never knew how to do. She says I'm a straight A student! I think I am the perfect size at 28lbs. I don't mind being in my crate but I really don't need to be crated. I'm also a very laid back boy, I don't see the need to be hyper :). When the doctor took my blood she said I was a VERY faint Heartworm Positive and since I'm so young and barely a positive that all I need to do is complete a round of Doxycycline and take my Heartgaurd every month and I should be negative within 6 months to a year. That made me very happy because I didn't want to have those painful injections. Did I mention how much I'm learning from my foster brother? I get along beautifully with other dogs so if you think you may want to adopt me I promise I will get along with my new brother or sister. I must have another dog in my new home with me. It helps me feel more comfortable. I would also like it if you have a fenced in backyard for me to run around in. If you would like to be my new mommy or daddy please oh please put your application for adoption in at www.hs-uc.org.
