Sadie's Story...
Up for adoption: Sadie. She can be adopted in Texas and New England.

Sadie is a very sweet and energetic girl! She's about 4 years old and weight 61lbs. She is house and crate trained, and loves to go for car rides! She walks good on a harness, and would make an excellent running partner! She knows sit, and is a quick learner! She is a high energy dog and would need lots of exercise and play time! She gets along with other dogs and CATS!

We think she may be Shepherd, Husky... and well, we bet there's some lab in there somewhere? LOL ! She is a great, sweet dog and one of our volunteers wanted to foster and save her, how could we refuse?!

Sadie is spayed, vaccinated and micro-chipped. Apply at www.luckylabrescue.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sadie, a Austin German Shepherd Dog/Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Siberian Husky for sale in Austin, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Austin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Austin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Austin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Siberian Husky breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Austin paves the way for another one to be saved.
