My name is ANDERS!

Norwegian Elkhound Mix Dog for adoption in Corona, California - ANDERS

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

ANDERS's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

ANDERS's Story...

ANDERS is a super sweet Black Norwegian Elkhound mix with the cutest curled tail! ANDERS is a total gentleman and gets along really well with cats/kittens, dogs and people! He has no reaction to the cats - is a little curious and sniffs, but nothing more. He's a mellow guy who just likes to curl up next to you.

ANDERS was rescued from a high kill shelter in the nick of time and is at a foster home, but is really hoping a wonderful person chooses him to be part of a loving forever family.

ANDERS isn't destructive. He's housetrained, crate trained and leash trained. He's current on all shots including his annual rabies shot. He is already neutered and microchipped. He's totally ready to go to his forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

ANDERS, a Corona Norwegian Elkhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Norwegian Elkhound for sale in Corona, or seeking a Norwegian Elkhound dog from a breeder in Corona.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Corona already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Corona breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Norwegian Elkhound breeders who help with Norwegian Elkhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Corona paves the way for another one to be saved.
