Hi, I'm Bubbles, and I am what the volunteers like to call a VELCRO CAT. I'm not sure what that means, but I'm happiest when I'm just touching people. I especially like to cuddle with their shoes. Shoes are so interesting, don't you think? You can tell a lot about a person by the shoes that they wear.
