Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kasey is a nine week old shepherd/chow mix pupppy who currently weighs 17.6 pounds. She has a medium length coat and should be a large dog when fully grown. Kasey's mom was a shepherd and dad was a chow mix; both are family pets and really nice dogs. They were well taken care of prior to being surrendered to us so they are beautiful, healthy pups. Kasey is currently up to date on her vaccinationsand worming schedule.

Here is a little about both breeds: Shepherds and chows are very intelligent dogs and enjoy exercise. Shepherds make outstanding loving family companions and are very loyal. Chows are calm, confident and have a dignified stature. This breed is quiet and mannerly in the home. Both breeds need at least moderate exercise .When it comes to training Chows they are a proud breed and will shut down if forced to do anything. Methods that emphasize food are a more productive way to train them. Shepherds on the other hand are easily trained and are eager to please. The combination of these two breeds make a great dog. Kasey will make a great addition to any family.
