My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello my name is Daryl. My brother Rick and I are the happiest puppies you could ever meet... no kidding! We think tennis balls are AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL!!!! So we are looking for homes... preferably homes with tennis balls. We like tiny people (small children) too but since we are big wiggly puppies we don't think that tiny people would like us very much. We both love to run and play and have lots of energy so we need some humans who like to go for walks or will teach us how to fetch. Rick and I will be wonderful pets for an active family or maybe a family with big kids to run with us.

Rick and Daryl came to us after they were abandoned by their former owner. They were left at a local business inside a Rubbermaid container tied closed with a strap so they couldn't escape and the word "trash" written on the top. There former owner is facing charges of animal abuse and neglect. As horrible as this was Rick and Daryl hold no grudges and are just happy to be Rick and Daryl. They are not cat friendly but love other dogs. They have a very happy spirited loyal Labrador type personalities. We think they will both me lovers of water but it's to cold now for us to take them to the lake for a swim. They are big puppies and we expect they will be within the 60-80 lb range as adults.
