My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jewel is about 2yrs old, 44lbs, Hound mix. She was saved from a South Carolina in the late Fall of 2016 with her litter of darling babies that have since been adopted into wonderful homes. Jewel has now been spayed and is in search of her own home! She is sweet, super affectionate...house and crate trained. Energetic but settles down after some good play time or a long walk or run. Gets along with other dogs with proper introduction, and then will play happily. Initially hesitant when meeting new people (especially adults- men in particular), but warms up well with treats and is currently being fostered with kids ranging from 6-14yrs. <3 Jewel would not do well in a home with cats or small critters. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines with an adoption fee of $275.
