Hey guys, I'm Hudson! I'm about a year old and full of fun! I weigh around 80 pounds. I have a big blocky head that my foster mom says is perfect for kissing. Everyone says my ears are super soft and I have kissable lips! I'm black and white- my white fur has adorable polky dots on it! My tail has a white tip that looks like a paintbrush. Sometimes I forget it's there and it sneaks up on me, then I have to catch it!
I love playing, either with toys or other dogs! I like to stay active to keep my bod in shape. Anyone need a workout buddy?? I love people, but get a little unsure of toddlers. They're crazy! Just my height, but I never know which way they're going to go or what noises they'll make. Tiny humans, amiright?? I also loooove my sleepy time. It might not be manly to admit, but I'm a huge cuddlebug! You wouldn't mind me taking a snooze on your lap, right? I will melt if you rub my ears. It feels SO good. I'd return the favor if I had opposable thumbs! Chest and belly rubs are great too. Foster mom likes to play with my feet, look in my ears, lift my lips, and play with my tail. I think she's weird, but I don't mind it at all. Oh yeah! I'm super smart too! I graduated from my beginner training class. I know sit, down, paw, stay, and leave it. I'm still working on coming when called and walking loosely on a leash. There are just so many good smells out there!

NorCal Bully Breed Rescue is a foster based rescue with foster homes spread all throughout the Sacramento area. We usually require our adopters to be within a 50 to 100 mile radius of us, depending on the dog, and depending on the home. This is because we need to do a yard check to guarantee that the potential adopter's yard is secure, and also have them be close enough should any behavioral issues arise, and the assistance of our trainer is needed. We are, however, willing to adopt out of our area, including the Bay Area, Tahoe, and even further. We've even adopted out of state on very special occasions. We try our best to match our dogs to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular dog. Our adoption fees are based on the dog and range from $200-$350. In the case of senior dogs (6+ years), fees will be waived to the right home. This includes spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, and deworming (if necessary).
