My name is Logan!

German Shepherd Dog Dog for adoption in Fort Worth, Texas - Logan

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Logan's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Logan's Story...
Logan is a handsome 3 1/2 yr old black and red German Shepherd Dog. He is a great dog! Loves his people. Is a typical GSD. Has done well with female dogs, however he is a dominant male and he does not do well with all other male dogs.

Logan loves to go for rides in the car. He is great with the 9 year old child in his foster home. He does need to learn manners as he has not had any training. However, Logan is smart and eager to please. Plus he LOVES to play in the water!

Logan is heartworm positive, he currently is on slow kill heartworm treatment. When adopted, Logan will go home on an oral slow kill heartworm treatment.

Adoption fee is $300.00; this includes spay/neuter, HW test, all vaccinations, microchip and microchip registration.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Logan, a Fort Worth German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
