My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pepper is a happy boy who loves attention. He was rescued from a rural situation where he'd had almost no exposure to anything. He's learning to play with toys and is most motivated by toys with food in them. He has attended an obedience class to learn basic commands and gain confidence. He knows Sit, Down, Focus, Settle and walks nicely on leash. His favorite thing right now is to be loved on. He would benefit from a home that will continue to teach him manners and how to enjoy the many things the world has to offer. He lived with several female dogs and cats and did fine with them, though he is not very interested in other dogs and would be just as happy as an only dog. Pepper tends to bond closely to women. He has not been around children, so an adult only home or one with kids 12 yrs and up would be best.
