Simon's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Simon's Story...
Simon was found with a couple of siblings that were adopted. A nice lady was caring for him but realized that he needed an energetic playmate. He is very playful and has limited boundaries - he isn't afraid of anything and wants a lot of attention from people, cats, dogs - doesn't matter as long as they play and snuggle.

While in foster care he's taken a real shine to an older orange cat, but he doesn't have a kitten buddy to go home with yet. He needs to go to a home where he will be kept indoors and given lots of toys and attention. He would be great with any other tolerant animals willing to have him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Simon, a El Dorado Hills Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in El Dorado Hills, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in El Dorado Hills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Dorado Hills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Dorado Hills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Dorado Hills paves the way for another one to be saved.
