Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Merlin has cast a magic spell over all the handlers and they cannot stop saying how special he is. Merlin was adopted from us previously and lived very happily in a home with a cat. His troubles only started when the cat had kittens and he showed more of an interest in kittens than the owners felt comfortable with. Poor Merlin is not one of those independent types who find the shelter an interesting experience to be taken in their stride, he is lost and confused and wants to go back to the only happy home he has ever known. But that home has kittens now so he has to hope someone who has had the foresight to have their cat spayed or one with no kittens can offer him a home. Merlin is about five years old and only weighs 55lbs although he looks more with his stocky, muscular build. The handlers report that Merlin is enthusiastic about most things. He loves to walk on the trail, he really enjoys petting, he takes all treats and plays with toys and balls. Merlin has plenty of energy and is strong and he needs someone who can match these qualities and give him the exercise and mental stimulation he needs. Come down and see if Merlin doesn’t use his powerful love potion on you.
