My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buddy needs some new friends. He's a one year old sweet coonhound mix that was adopted as a puppy and recently returned because his family felt he was too noisy. Other than that, the family thought he was a great dog. Buddy likes other dogs, kids and even cats. He's house trained too. Hounds are known to like to chase little critters when outside and could use a fenced in yard. Inside they are usually gentle and affectionate cuddle monkeys that like to snuggle with their family members. Stop by and take a good look at Buddy if you're looking for a nice addition to your family.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
