Jake is adorable, smart, and so sweet. He has stunning colors. Jake knows his commands and loves everyone he meets. Jake was brought to the shelter as a stray on 1/2/2017 and available for adoption 1/8/2017. Jake is current on his vaccines and microchipped. He is about 3 years old and 56 lbs. Jake is now neutered. Jake's ID at the shelter is 591243 and he is in run 805. His run number could change, so please make a note of his ID number and ask for assistance if you don't find him in run 805. Sadly he has tested positive for heartworms, but with treatment, he should be good as new in no time. Please speak to your veterinarian regarding treatment options.
