Important Note

Dottie is best friends with Cali. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
Dottie is Black & White and she was born in 2003.
Cali is a Tortoishell and she was born in 2002 AND she is Dottie's mother.
These two kitties must stay together. They are both very sweet and loving. They are getting along well with the other cats and the small dog at their foster's home. But they need a real home to call their own!

Mother and Daughter were dumped at a city shelter right before Christmas by their owner, who did not have time for them anymore. So, on Christmas Eve one of our volunteers went to the shelter and pulled these girls. They deserve better than to live the rest of their lives in the shelter or be separated. They are currently up for adoption together.

INFO: Our feline rescues have been Blood Tested and are Negative, unless otherwise indicated. Included in Adoption Fee: Current status with Vaccinations, Spay or Neuter, Parasite Treatments as needed, Blood Testing, Vet visit as needed, Two Week Trial Period, Lifetime Return Policy and ALL of our rescues are Microchipped.

AS A GENERAL RULE: We do not place kittens or cats as ONLY pets. This is our general rule but there are some that would do better as only pets.

NOTE: Photos of cats/kittens with cage bars, or merchandise, in the background have been taken during one of our adoption events. (We do not keep our rescues caged!) Cats/Kittens are sometimes scared at the adoption events so their photos will NOT do them justice.

For additional information, or to schedule a time to see this cat, SEND US AN EMAIL (please do not call us) and PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER IN THE EMAIL

Thank you.

About Precious Paws

About Our Rescue Group...

The primary purpose of Precious Paws is to rescue abandoned and/or abused companion animals. These animals may be found on the streets, in shelters, or even relinquished by their owners. All animals will be spayed or neutered, vaccinated, tested and healthy before they are placed for adoption into new homes. This will be the main focus of all of our activities. It provides the public with the service of the humane rescue of animals and saves the lives of animals that are in need. These animals will be placed into the homes of our volunteers to be cared for until they are adopted and placed into their new permanent homes. These permanent homes will be found mainly through adoption events which will generally be held at pet stores.

Our Adoption Process...

We have an Adoption Procedure and Application. Pending approval, based upon application, in-person interview, reference checks and review of all information by our Board of Directors, we schedule a Home Placement. We have an Adoption Contract for you to read, discuss and sign. We provide a Two-Week Trial Period and a Lifetime Return Policy. NO pet is released from ANY of our adoption events / locations. As stated above, we do home placements.

NOTE: Not everyone who applies for a pet will get a pet. This has more to do with the pet than with the applicant. However, every application will be considered, and is deeply appreciated!

There is more in depth information available on our website, Including Fee info (fees are subject to change). LOOK FOR OUR SPECIAL DISCOUNT FOR CATS / KITTENS.

If you plan on coming out to visit us at one of our adoption event venues, please call the venue or email us first to ensure that we are there.
