Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tipsy was found outside of a credit union by the employees, who fed her for a few days and then brought her in out of the cold when they saw that she was friendly. Tipsy is careful who she trusts because of what we believe she has been through, but she is a sweetheart. She is spayed and vaccinated. She loves to be petted and play with toys and lasers, and she needs a home where she can feel safe and loved. She climbs on the cat tree and looks out the window, and she is watching for you to come and visit her and take her home with you.
