Buddy's Story...
Meet Buddy - a 46 pound Lab mix who is estimated to be 1-2 years old. He is housebroken, crate-trained, and walks well on a leash. He loves to be with his people, delights in neck, ear and tummy rubs and likes to play catch. He would do best in a home with children who are over 10. He does not like to be pet while he is eating.
If you would like to meet Buddy, please email Jenn at jennpedbutler@me.com or Karen at NAPR411@gmail.com
His adoption fee is $190 which covers his current vaccines, neuter and microchip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a New Albany Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in New Albany, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in New Albany.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Albany already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Albany breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Albany paves the way for another one to be saved.
