We do not know how WeeWee got her name but we do know it doesn’t have anything to do with housetraining issues! Maybe we should spell it OuiOui. “Yes” for the sweet, wonderful homebody that she is and “Yes” for the love that she has to give to the family that will be patient with her. She was one of eighteen dogs that belonged to a man who passed away. He was the only human that she and her siblings had ever had contact with. When he passed, his daughter contacted us and several other rescues to see if we could help. We were able to take her, one of her sisters and one of her brothers. She is a homebody. She walks well on the lead and likes to go for walks but she can’t wait to get back to home where she feels safe and secure. She is alert and while not an incessant barker she will let you know if she thinks something is not right. She has no problem with our cats and plays wonderfully with the other dogs here at Cedar Farm. She weighs 36 pounds and is almost 3 years old. She is microchipped, up to date on all of her shots and is heartworm negative. If you have the patience to let this girl get to know and trust you, you will have the great joy of seeing her blossom in your home. To meet WeeWee we ask that you first complete the adoption application form found on our website www.cedarfarmrescue.com . After submitting the form, please give us a call at (336) 251-8877. We will be happy to answer any of your questions about WeeWee and our adoption process at that time and can schedule a time for you to meet her at our adoption center in downtown Mocksville. 17448

About Cedar Farm

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a small rescue in central North Carolina, devoted to finding loving, caring, permanent homes for dogs in need. We have 6 rescued dogs of our own and began assisting with rescue transports in the spring of 2005. In doing the transports and making contacts with various rescue agencies, animal control officers and shelter volunteers, we realized the need was overwhelming for places to get dogs deserving a second chance to safety and began fostering dogs in the summer of 2005. Many of the shelters we assist are in very rural areas and have virtually no adoption traffic. Some of the shelters are not well-funded and can be scary places for the public to visit. We provide a temporary home where the dogs can get out of a shelter environment or away from an abusive or neglectful situation and actively work to find qualified permanent homes for them. We insure that all dogs are up to date on age-appropriate vetting and on heartworm preventative and have them spayed or neutered if they have not already been altered. Cedar Farm, Inc. is registered as a non-profit corporation with the State of North Carolina. and has been given 501c3 status by the IRS. Donations are tax deductible and non-refundable.
