Peppercorn's Story...
Name: Peppercorn

Age: Around 9 months old

Loves: Peppercorn loves snuggles and chin scratches -- he will purr up quite the storm for you. He loves to be pet so much that he will follow you around your home, hoping for some cuddles. Like most cats, he adores treats.

Dislikes: Peppercorn is shy at first and does not like loud noises or chaos. He needs a patient owner who will help him to grow even more confident and comfortable. All he wants is love but he is still working on trusting humans again after being abandoned so young.

Team Player: Peppercorn loves other cats and would do well in a home with other cats that
can help him gain confidence.

This beautiful black beauty is playful, loving and affectionate. Peppercorn's trust will only blossom as he gets older, especially with your help! If you think he is the cat for you, please email info@teamcatrescue.ca to fill out an application!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peppercorn, a THORNHILL Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in THORNHILL, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in THORNHILL.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in THORNHILL already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a THORNHILL breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in THORNHILL paves the way for another one to be saved.
