Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW!
This is Jack Frost who was rescued just before Christmas along with his litter mate who were dumped and picked up by animal control. Based on the vet's estimate, Jack would have been born in early October. At age 12 weeks he weighed 3.5 pounds. Jack is a little snuggler who loves to be held. He would love another young pup to wrestle and play with. We are currently taking applications for Jack and he will be available for adoption the week of January 23rd after his next vaccinations and vet check..
We currently adopt in the states of NY, NJ, Eastern PA, and DE.
If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out our adoption application which you can find on our website at www.dutchcountryanimalrescue.org/adopt.html
Our adoption fees are on our application.
With the exception of the few puppies we rescue, all of our rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on rabies and DHPP, heartworm tested, treated for worms and fleas and most are microchipped. Puppies who are too young to spay/neuter require a spay/neuter deposit and will require a proof of spay/neuter from a certified vet at age 6 months.
We are not a shelter, we are 100% volunteer public charity. All of our dogs are in foster homes until they are adopted. Since we are not a shelter, we do not receive government funding. We are a public charity that relies solely on funds through our adoption fee, fundraisers, and private donations. Since we are 100% volunteer based, all funds collected go directly towards the rescue and vet costs of our dogs.
We take each rescue personally and spend a lot of effort trying to match the right dog to the right family. Thank you for considering one of our rescued dogs.
