Muffin's Info...

Muffin's Story...
*Single female guinea pig
*White with black eyes
*approximately 3 years old
-Muffin came to us because her owner was going to college and could not take her with her. Muffin is a very sweet girl that has been well taken care of. She doesn't mind being held and likes attention! Muffin must be adopted out to a home where she will be a companion for another guinea pig (female or neutered male). Most guinea pigs do way better with a companion, especially females. She can be bonded with an adopter's resident guinea pig or adopted out with a female we have that will be off pregnancy watch the end of January. Adoption fee is $20 for a single, $35 for a pair.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Muffin, a Edinburg Ferret was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Ferret for sale in Edinburg, or seeking a Ferret from a breeder in Edinburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edinburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edinburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Ferret breeders who help with Ferret rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edinburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
