Betsy (Bess) has a sad tale to tell. She was the family pet for 3 years, happy and loved. Tough economic times forced her family to surrender her to a N. Louisiana kill shelter. She cried and cried for her family to come back for her. She is a loving dog who needs a family to love. She is house trained, full vaccinated, spayed, and hw neg.
