Meet Rugger! This little 10-12 lb Chihuahua mix has won some tough battles and now it’s time for him to find a forever home. Between 1 and 2 years old, Rugger has been given a second chance at life and is ready to make the most of it. With his inquisitive expressions and soulful eyes, this boy will melt your heart! And it doesn’t stop with his good looks! Rugger has the heart and personality of a big dog all contained in a little dog frame. He is already learning some basic commands and will do anything for a treat. He would be great at agility – wait till you see him jump! Most of all, Rugger will be a great companion.

Rugger loves people and other dogs too. In fact, he’d love to have a canine brother or sister in his new home. This little man loves to explore and chase things, but he also loves to cuddle. What more could you ask for in a little canine friend? Now all Rugger needs to make his story complete is a family who will keep him safe and give him the love that he so deserves. In return, he promises to be a loyal companion for years to come.
