My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Forrest is so freaking handsome!! He is approximately 5 months old, and is said to be half Rottweiler and half German Shepherd (looks possibly hound as well). Forrest spent his life outside in an outdoor kennel with his litter mates from about 8 weeks old until now (5 months-ish), receiving little human interaction. As a result he was extremely shy, and scared of people. He's been with me for the last 24 hours, and he's greatly come out of his shell! He loves all other dogs, and is warming up to human love nicely. I figured Forrest would need a few weeks to detox, and learn humans are his friend, but with his quick progress, I think Forrest will be ready for adoption through Guardian's Light Dog Rescue this coming week!! Forrest was neutered yesterday, was microchipped, got his rabies, and is UTD on shots ❤️
