Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jäger is a 55 pound, 1-2 year old boy who was picked up as a stray. Jäger's foster mom describes him as the "class clown who makes everyone laugh." He is SO happy, extremely smart, and very energetic. He knows basic commands, is crate trained, enjoys belly rubs, and loves to give kisses (and nibble on your nose!). Jäger loves playing with squeaky toys and chewing on beef hooves. Jäger needs a very active family and a large fenced in yard so he can run and play off leash! He needs some work with his leash training and jumping...he gets a little too excited sometimes. Jäger is mostly housebroken if let out consistently. He does very well with dogs and doesn't mind cats, although he will chase them if they run. Jäger does fine with kids, but we recommend he go to a home with older kids since he likes to jump on people.
If you are interested in adding him to your family, please go to www.goofyfootrescue.org to complete an online adoption application. He is currently being fostered in west Tennessee. He will be transported once his adoption is finalized. Transport runs to the following cities: Harrisonburg, VA; Hagerstown, MD; Harrisburg, PA; Allentown, PA; Bedminster, NJ; Southington, CT; Willington, CT.
