Tootsie was brought to the shelter as a surrender. She does have a heart murmur but is not currently displaying any symptoms of heart disease. The new owners should have her checked out with their veterinarian. She is an older cat and would benefit from frequent wellness visits.
She is also bonded with Morgan and they need to go home together!
