Oscar was brought to the shelter as a stray. He is looking for a new home. He is a strong dog that is going to need a pack leader. We also recommend he go home with kids that are older than 11. He is going to need a high amount of exercise.
If you would like to meet Oscar, please call the shelter and set up an appointment to visit with him and the foster family at FVHA.
We always recommend crate training, exercise, playtime, and a regular schedule for potty breaks when bringing a new dog into your home. Adjustment takes time for both you and your new family member, so remember to be patient and enjoy this new and exciting time!
Included in the adoption fee are rabies & distemper vaccinations, heartworm testing, deworming, spay or neuter surgery, and a free initial exam by one of many generous veterinary clinics who have donated their service.
