ARROOOO! This adorable guy is RALPH. He was found as a stray and brought to our pound. In typical BEAGLE fashion, he is the sweetest and most affectionate lguy. He is playful and does well with everyone. RALPH doesn't know what he might have done to have ended up at a county pound, but he is looking forward to being a cherished member of a family.
